Soup and Sandwich Lunches

Summary:

AAA provided a soup and sandwich lunch event for charity in November 2023 and it proved popular with 26 people attending from across the GDCC area, second only in terms of number of attendees to the community coffee mornings. AAA now wants to provide a lunch for the community each month for the next few months as a new community social activity. In order for attendees to receive this lunch free of charge, and for there to be no financial burden on Achnasheen Amenities, just as is the case for all other social events in the commuity, AAA is applying for a micro grant to provide lunches for the next few months. AAA hopes that this might become an established regular event for our community over time. This comminity event is concerned with the regeneration of the community and its health and well being.

The event supports community regeneration and health and wellbeing at an important time of year.
