The Lochluichart Community Trust (LCT), established in 2011, is a not for profit community company administering a community benefit fund of approximately £365,000 a year. LCT is managed by a Board of 7 Member Directors. We currently require 3 new member directors, who must be resident in the Garve & District Council area and members of LCT.
Director Responsibilities
- Attendance at Board Meetings and AGM (approx 10 meetings per year)
- Ensure correct management of monies within the fund
- Review and award of grant applications, ensuring compliance to the Articles of Association and the Community Benefit Agreement
- Review of operational procedures and policies as appropriate
- Negotiation of relationship with potential new funders
- Directors generally serve a 3 year term
